President and Chief Executive Officer

Randy Jacops was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Versata Enterprises in 2006. Previously, Mr. Jacops was the VP and GM responsible for Trilogy Technology Group, Trilogy’s enterprise software business unit. Upon acquiring Versata, Trilogy combined Trilogy Technology Group and Versata to form a single business unit, Versata Enteprises, focused on enterprise software and devoted to customer success and innovation. With the combination, Mr. Jacops became CEO. Versata is now the parent company of several acquired leading technology firms, including Artemis, Gensym, Nextance, Clear Technology, Evolutionary Technologies, and TenFold. Mr. Jacops serves as CEO of each of these companies. During his tenure at Trilogy, Mr. Jacops served in a variety of operational and strategic roles encompassing consulting, engineering, finance, and general operations. Before his recent assignment as VP and GM of Trilogy Technology Group, he served as the COO of Trilogy’s Automotive and High-Tech business units. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Jacops has championed and implemented Trilogy’s Customer Success Program at a variety of Global 1000 corporations and continues introducing new and acquired customers to Versata’s differentiated approach to customer success. Prior to Trilogy, Mr. Jacops was a partner with Deloitte Consulting, specializing in business transformation initiatives for global corporations in the manufacturing and technology industries. Mr. Jacops was a founding partner of Deloitte’s Shared Services business, where his team grew a start-up business to a $50M service line, one of the fastest growing and successful endeavors within Deloitte. Mr. Jacops started his career as a financial analyst with Ford Motor Company, where he performed a wide variety of jobs, from Finance Staff to plant-floor analysis.

Diplômé de Staffordshire University (UK) où il a obtenu un Polytechnic Graduate Diploma in Computer Studies, Benoît MERCIER rejoint l’équipe Artemis International en 1989. Pendant près d’une dizaine d’années, il assure un rôle de consultant et de chef de projet dans la mise en oeuvre des solutions Artemis pour des grands comptes tels que la DGA, PSA Citroën ou France Telecom. En 1998, il participe au lancement d’une filiale d’Artemis (Project International) et prend le management de l’équipe de consultants et la responsabilité commerciale de cette activité. En 2001, il intègre à nouveau Artemis International au poste de Responsable Commercial du Secteur Industrie. Après la signature de contrats majeurs avec RENAULT et ARCELOR notamment, il est nommé Directeur Commercial d’Artemis France fin 2006 et assure depuis janvier 2008 la fonction de Directeur des Opérations d’Artemis France. Fort de dix neuf ans d’expérience sur le marché des entreprises de logiciels, Benoît MERCIER a démontré sa capacité à développer les revenus et la profitabilité de l’activité dont il a la charge, tout en apportant un haut niveau de satisfaction à sa base installée de clients.

Directeur Financier Europe - Financial Controller Europe, Asia & EMEA Channels

Après 10 années passées au sein de la direction financière du groupe Havas Voyages American Express, Catherine LUCIANI a rejoint Artemis International France en mai 2000, en qualité de Directeur Financier. Dès son arrivée, elle met en place un process d’administration des ventes opérationnel en à peine 6 mois, lequel porte ses fruits aujourd’hui en termes de trésorerie. Responsable de l’ensemble des processus de contrôle de gestion, d’administration financière, comptable et sociale pour le bureau français, puis pour le nord de l’Europe en 2007, elle est depuis le 1er janvier 2008 Financial Controller Europe, Asia & EMEA Channels. Catherine LUCIANI est diplômée de Sciences Politiques Paris (section économique et financière) et titulaire d’une maîtrise d’économie.
